Easy cooking


I am a Russian woman and I live in America from November 2007. My husband likes Russian food very much. I like to cook every day. I like to cook simple, delicious and quick meals. In Russia, almost every woman knows how to cook well. I hope you enjoy my recipes. You must remember that cooking and sitting at the table you must be in a good mood. Then all the family will be happy and healthy.




Rice for dinner with fish

1 cup of rice.
2 cups of rice, boil 40 (brown rice) or 15 min ( white rice) minutes on low heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter.

Serve with salmon and salad.
Salmon, Beets and Salad


Roasted salmon with mashed potatoes and salad.

Lunch or dinner for 3
potato recipe Peel and cut 1 large potato and put in boiling water. Boil for 20 to 25 minutes.
Add a dash of salt (to your taste).

salmon recipies Take fresh salmon filet and remove skin and rinse to remove possible scales left from skin.
Also remove any gray or dark gray meat as this can give the salmon a strong flavor.
Add a dash of salt and a few drops of lemon juice. Leave the fish for 5- 10 minuts

easy salmonPlace in skillet with a very small amount of vegetable oil and fry on medium heat about 5 minutes on one side then turn and cook about 5 minutes on the other side. Adjust heat as
needed to not burn. When the fish turns light in color (no longer deep red) and flakes easily
it is done.
mashed potato Test potato with knife or fork. When potato is soft it is done.

salmon fillet When salmon looks like this it is done.

cook potato Drain the water from potato.

boiled potatoesAdd one or 2 tablespoons to taste and mash the potato and butter.

fried salmon recipe Add 1/3 cup of milk as you mash the potato.

roasted salmon recipes Serve with salad, garlic bread and wine.
Very tasty, and easy to prepare dinner.

Fish and potato salad with chips "Pringles"

fish
Add 2 boiled chopped eggs.
Put the salad on a large plate.
Sprinkle sunflower seeds.
Arrange the chips around salad.

Chicken with buckwheat

Take unfrozen chicken legs remove skin , salt, sprinkle lemon juice, coate with mayonnaise , keep in a refrigerator in 1-3 hours. Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pan and
fry chicken legs in a pan on both sides for 15 minutes at medium temperature.

easy chicken recipe Cover with pan lid and cook 30 minutes on low heat.

chicken recipies Take 1/2 cup of buckwheat and 1 cup of water.

easy chicken recipes Boil 15-20 minutes on low heat.

fried chicken Add a little salt to taste and add one or two tablespoons of butter according to your taste

baked chicken recipesChicken legs are ready in 30 minutes.

buckwheat recipes Serve chicken and buckwheat in a plate and add carrot salad for complete meal.

Spaghetti with shrimps

This is a dish you can cook in 15 minutes.
Boil spaghetti about 12 -14 minutes.
Pour water out, add butter.

shrimp receipe Put frozen shrimp in a pan, add a little water, cook 5-7 minutes mixing, remove tails if necessary.
shrimp easy Put spaghetti and shrimp in a plate and add cheese.
