Roasted salmon with mashed potatoes and salad.
Lunch or dinner for 3
Peel and cut 1 large potato and put in boiling water. Boil for 20 to 25 minutes.
Add a dash of salt (to your taste).

Also remove any gray or dark gray meat as this can give the salmon a strong flavor.
Add a dash of salt and a few drops of lemon juice. Leave the fish for 5- 10 minuts
Place in skillet with a very small amount of vegetable oil and fry on medium heat about 5 minutes on one side then turn and cook about 5 minutes on the other side. Adjust heat as
needed to not burn. When the fish turns light in color (no longer deep red) and flakes easily
it is done.
Test potato with knife or fork. When potato is soft it is done.
When salmon looks like this it is done.
Drain the water from potato.
Add one or 2 tablespoons to taste and mash the potato and butter.
Add 1/3 cup of milk as you mash the potato.
Serve with salad, garlic bread and wine.
Very tasty, and easy to prepare dinner.

Chicken with buckwheat
Take unfrozen chicken legs remove skin , salt, sprinkle lemon juice, coate with mayonnaise , keep in a refrigerator in 1-3 hours. Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pan and
fry chicken legs in a pan on both sides for 15 minutes at medium temperature.
Cover with pan lid and cook 30 minutes on low heat.

Add a little salt to taste and add one or two tablespoons of butter according to your taste
Chicken legs are ready in 30 minutes.
Serve chicken and buckwheat in a plate and add carrot salad for complete meal.

This is a dish you can cook in 15 minutes.
Boil spaghetti about 12 -14 minutes.
Pour water out, add butter.
Put frozen shrimp in a pan, add a little water, cook 5-7 minutes mixing, remove tails if necessary.
Put spaghetti and shrimp in a plate and add cheese.
