Lunch or dinner for 3
Peel and cut 1 large potato and put in boiling water. Boil for 20 to 25 minutes.
Add a dash of salt (to your taste).

Also remove any gray or dark gray meat as this can give the salmon a strong flavor.

Drain the water from potato.
Add one or 2 tablespoons to taste and mash the potato and butter.
Add 1/3 cup of milk as you mash the potato.
Serve with salad, garlic bread and wine.

Very tasty, and easy to prepare dinner.
