Baked potato with fish salad

Scrub with brush under running cool water and put about 4 holes in potato.

Wrap in wet papertowel, cook on high in microwave until soft, turning about every 3 minutes.

Boil one egg approximately 10 minutes, may vary.


Chop the boiled egg.








Use a little water in a skillet add 3 tailipa fillets, cook for about 15 on medium heat.
Turn it 1 or 2 times.


Chop about 1/3 of a large onion. In a strainer pour boiling water over the onion.


Add fish, onion, eggs and mayonaise.

Serve with baked potato and a salad of tomato and sweet green pepper.
Add salt, butter, sour cream, chives to potato as desired.
