Russian salad

1 large potato
2 eggs
2 boiled skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/2 large cucumber
1/2 large salted cucumber or 5 or 6 (about 3 inches long) dill pickels
green onion
1 can of whole kernel (sweet) corn
1 can of english peas
1/4 white onion
mayonaise


Cut 2 or 3 holes in potato and wrap in wet paper towel. Cook in microwave until done.
Cook for 3 or 4 minutes on high and turn and cook 3 or 4 minutes on high... continue this until potato is soft

2 firm boiled eggs



Chopped cucumber


Chopped pickel


4 or 5 ( or more to your tastes) chopped green onion



add 1 can of whole kernel (sweet) corn (not cooked fresh from can)
1 can of english peas(also, fresh from can).



Chopped white onion . Place in strainer and pour boiling water over it.


Peel and chop the potato (small pieces)


add (chopped)2 boiled eggs


add mayonaise and salt to taste


Add 2 boiled skinless boneless chicken breasts cut in small pieces !
