Sweet pepper with rice

1 cup of brown rice
2 cups of water and boil 15 to 20 minutes low heat.

Use whole washed peppers.


Cut the top off of the pepper and clean out seeds.

Or hollow out the inside.
Chop 1/2 large sweet onion.

1/2 pound of ground beef.
Cook on medium heat.

When beef is almost done add chopped onion.



When beef is done add the cooked rice.

Mix and cook approximately 5 minutes.

Add the beef, rice and onion mix inside the peppers

Put filled peppers in a skillet

Cover the top of pepper with sour cream and add approximately 1 cup of water.
Put lid on the skillet and cook 30 minutes on medium heat to boil the water in the skillet.

Pepper skin must be soft when cut with a steak knife.

Serve.
