Cake from crackers

1 egg
1 butter stick
3 tablespoons of flour
2 cups boiling milk
3/4 cup cold milk
2 cups of splenda or 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1 box of crackers




Mix 3/4 cup of cold milk and 1 egg and 3 tablespoons of flour



Add the mix in boiling milk very slowly stir

When the mix starts to boiling, remove it from stove



Add sugar or splenda and butter and mix let come to room temperature


Put crackers in a pan and add cream.

Add another layer of crackers and add cream.

Finish with 3 layers of crackers and 3 layers of cream


Crumble 2 or 3 crackers in a sandwich bag


Add the crumbled crackers to the top layer of cream.

Add sesame seeds or some nuts if you like.

Put in refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours or until cool.


When cool, cut and serve
