Apple crumb cake

The dough
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar or 3/4 cup splenda
1/2 teaspoon soda +3 drops of vinegar
1 stick butter

The filling
4 apples
1/2 cup sugar or 3/4 cup splenda






I mix 2 cups of flour with sugar or splenda.
I drop a little vinegar in soda and add it in the dough.

I put the butter into the microwave for 1 min and add it in the flour and sugar or splenda.

I clean apples and grate them.


I mix a sugar or splenda and apples.

I put a layer of the floury dough and a layer of the apples by a spoon.


I bake the cake (40 min, 390F).

THE CAKE IS READY!
